These technologies may collect your IP address, device and browser information, page interactions, and advertising click identifiers (such as Google's "gclid," "gbraid," and "wbraid," and comparable identifiers from other advertising platforms). The third-party technologies we currently use include:

  • Google (Google Analytics & Google Ads): Website analytics and advertising-conversion measurement.
  • OpenAI Advertising Pixel: Measurement and attribution of advertising delivered through OpenAI / ChatGPT.

Use of Your Personal Data

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To manage your account and provide access to different features
  • For the performance of a contract, such as purchase agreements
  • To contact you for updates, security updates, or informative communications
  • To send promotional and marketing text messages (with your consent)
  • To contact you by telephone, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and artificial-intelligence (AI) voice agents (with your consent)
  • To route or transfer your call and inquiry to a licensed partner agency when we are unable to service your request directly
  • To manage your requests and inquiries

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Insurance Carriers and Brokers: To provide you with insurance quotes, plan comparisons, and enrollment assistance. When you submit your information, it may be shared with licensed insurance carriers and their representatives to fulfill your request.
  • With Licensed Partner Agencies (Call Routing & Overflow): When consumer demand exceeds the capacity of our own licensed agents, we may route or transfer your call and the contact and inquiry information you provide to independently licensed insurance agencies so your request can be serviced promptly. These agencies are licensed to sell insurance and assist you with the same request you submitted to us. We do not sell your telephone number for third-party marketing.
  • With Service Providers: For monitoring, analytics, consent verification, and service delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • With Advertising and Analytics Partners: As described under "Tracking Technologies and Cookies," to measure and improve our advertising and website performance. This may constitute "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.
  • For Business Transfers: During negotiations or transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

Automated Communications, AI Agents & Call Recording

When you provide your telephone number and consent, you agree that Enroll Health, and the licensed partner agencies to whom we may route your request, may contact you at that number — including wireless numbers — using automated technologies. These technologies may include automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, artificial-intelligence ("AI") powered virtual and voice agents that can conduct conversations by voice or text, and SMS/text messaging. AI-generated voice may be used to place, answer, or handle calls.

Your consent to be contacted using automated or AI technology is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of calls by asking to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

Calls with Enroll Health and our partner agencies may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality assurance, training, verification of consent, and legal-compliance purposes. Interactions with our AI agents may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to service your request and improve our services. By continuing a call or conversation after being notified, you consent to such monitoring and recording.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the services you request, and to comply with our legal obligations. Records evidencing your consent to be contacted — including consent certificates and, where applicable, call recordings — are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing laws, typically no less than five (5) years. We retain usage data for internal analysis, generally for shorter periods. When your data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed at the Company's operating offices or other locations involved in the processing. This could include transfer to a jurisdiction with different data protection laws. Your consent to this policy represents your agreement to such transfers.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

  • Business Transactions: In the event of a merger or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred.
  • Law Enforcement: Your personal data may be disclosed if required by law or in response to valid government requests.
  • Other Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal data to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of our users.

Security of Your Personal Data

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we make efforts to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that we have collected personal data from someone under 13, please contact us so we can take necessary steps to remove the information.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence — including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states — you may have the right to: request access to and a copy of the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your telephone number or the contents of your communications for money. However, our use of certain advertising and analytics technologies (described under "Tracking Technologies and Cookies") may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws.

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, you may: (1) adjust your browser and device settings to broadcast an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required by law; or (2) contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below and state that you wish to opt out of the sharing of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email or phone as listed under "Contact Us." We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Links to Other Websites

Our service may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party sites, as we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will also notify you via email or a prominent notice on the service prior to any changes becoming effective.

SMS

We do not sell your mobile phone number. No mobile information, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This is separate from routing your call or request to a licensed partner agency, which we may do — at your request or with your consent — solely to service the insurance inquiry you submitted, and not to market unrelated products. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Email Policy

To opt-out of receiving further email communications, reply to any email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line, or contact us at support@enroll.health with your request to be removed from our mailing list.
